I am an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Theatres at Monash Health. I’m a Job Rep and HSR and I’ve been a Branch Councillor since 2022, and a Branch Executive Member since 2025.

I followed my passion for caring, and 26 years ago it led me to becoming the fifth-generation nurse in my family. I joined the ANMF on my mother’s expert advice. My passion is people – not just the people I care for but equally the people I work with. I became an ANMF Job Rep in 2018, and a Health and Safety Rep in 2022, to be a voice for members and be part of decision-making to maintain safe working conditions.

As a member of Victoria’s Planned Surgery Reform working group I contributed to the blueprint that outlines how we are improving planned surgery in the state.

Every member matters. As an experienced perioperative and critical care nurse I understand the workload challenges that exist for us all. If re-elected, I will continue to listen to and be guided by what members need, and that’s why I’m asking you to vote for the Maddy Harradence Team.
